    Rename "native" CPU feature level to "rust" · 98bee195

    The term "native" is confusing, as in GCC/Clang,
"native" means use the highest optimization set possible,
whereas we were using it to mean the opposite.
This also renames all "native" modules accordingly.

Also adds documentation on how to change the ASM level at runtime.
